Terms of Service

Last updated: September 1, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of Little Ink Club and the website at littleinkclub.com (the "Service"). Little Ink Club is a brand operated by Wild Lines Ventures LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Little Ink Club turns photos you provide into a personalized coloring book. Creating and previewing a book is free. You pay only when you order a printed copy. A digital PDF of your book is included with every printed order at no extra cost; we do not sell the digital file on its own.

2. Your account

You sign in with a one-time email link or a supported third-party provider. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for any activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the Service.

3. Your content and the photos you upload

You must own or have permission to use every photo you upload. By uploading a photo, you confirm that you have the right to use it and to let us process it to create your book. You keep all rights to your own photos. You grant us a limited license to use them only to provide the Service to you. The pages we draw are shown to you as watermarked previews until you order; the rights you receive in the finished book, and when they pass to you, are set out in our Content and IP Policy, along with how we generate artwork and our right to decline content.

4. Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time before you place an order. Any sales tax that applies to your order is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card details. Your order is confirmed when payment is completed. We may decline or cancel an order if we cannot fulfill it, in which case we will refund any amount charged.

5. Printing and shipping

We print, bind, and ship your book ourselves in the United States. From time to time we may use a professional print partner to help fulfill an order, in which case they receive only what they need to print and deliver it.

Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Standard shipping is currently free. Delivery times are estimates based on our production schedule and the carrier's service, and are not guaranteed. One delivery note: heat will damage a printed book. Please plan to be there when your package arrives, or make sure it has a shaded place to land.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Every book is made just for your family, so we are not able to accept returns or exchanges. Here is how we handle the moments that matter:

  • Your order is final once it is placed. Your book goes into production right away, and because it is made specifically for your family, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged. Please use the preview to check your book before you order.
  • If your book arrives damaged or has a printing problem, write to us at support@littleinkclub.com within 7 days of delivery so we can look into it with you. We will reprint or refund where the fault is ours.
  • Damage from heat exposure after delivery (for example, a package left in direct sun) is not something we can cover; your shipping email includes a heads-up about this.
  • The digital PDF included with your order cannot be returned once it has been made available to you.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to upload content you do not have the rights to, to create unlawful or infringing material, or to attempt to disrupt, abuse, or reverse engineer the Service. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

Making a book is unlimited in the sense that every drawing and every revision is included in the price. So that the studio stays available to every family using it, each account can create a generous but fixed number of drawings per day. If you reach it, your book is saved exactly as you left it and drawing resumes at the daily reset, which the studio shows you.

8. How the artwork is made, and no warranty

We use artificial intelligence to turn your photo into black-and-white line art. Results vary, and each page is an artistic interpretation of your photo, not an exact reproduction. That is why you can preview every page and ask for a fresh version before you order: approving your preview and placing your order is your acceptance of the artwork as shown. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wild Lines Ventures LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Service or these terms will be handled in the courts located in Nevada.
