Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 29, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what Little Ink Club collects and how we use it. Little Ink Club is a brand operated by Wild Lines Ventures LLC, a Nevada limited liability company. It applies to the website at littleinkclub.com and the Little Ink Club service.

1. What we collect

  • Account information. Your email address, and your name if you choose to give it.
  • Photos you upload. The images you provide so we can create your coloring book.
  • Order information. Your shipping address, the contents of your book, and order history.
  • Payment information. Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive a confirmation that payment succeeded and basic order details. We do not receive or store your full card number.
  • Basic usage data. Aggregate, privacy-friendly analytics about how the site is used, described below.

2. How we use it

  • To create, print, and ship your coloring book.
  • To operate your account and let you sign in.
  • To contact you about your orders and your account.
  • To keep the Service secure and to improve it.

3. How we handle your photos

Your photos are used for one thing only: drawing the pages of your book. Here is exactly what happens to them.

  • While you are making your book. Your uploaded photos are stored securely so you can pick up where you left off, even on another device.
  • When you place your order. Your original photos are deleted at that point. What we keep is the finished black-and-white artwork, so you can revisit and reorder your book from your account.
  • If you never finish. A book left untouched for 7 days is cleaned up automatically, photos and all.
  • Any time you ask. Email us and we will delete your photos, your books, and your account.

To draw your pages, your photo is processed by an artificial intelligence image provider. We use a paid service under which your photos and the artwork made from them are never used to train or improve anyone's AI models. The provider may retain them briefly, purely to enforce its own safety rules, and not for any other purpose.

We do not sell your photos. We do not use them for advertising. We do not use face recognition, and we do not create or store faceprints or any other biometric identifiers: our software draws a picture, it does not identify anyone.

4. Who else touches your information

We share information with service providers only as needed to run the Service, and only the part each one needs to do its job. Our current providers cover:

  • Website and database hosting
  • AI image processing, to draw your pages from your photo
  • Payment processing. This is Stripe, who handle your card details directly; we never see or store your full card number.
  • Printing and shipping. We print and bind in house, and a shipping carrier receives your address to deliver your parcel.
  • Email delivery, for sign-in links and order updates
  • Website analytics and error monitoring

This list may change as we grow, and we update this page when it does. We also share information where the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We run no advertising trackers on this site.

5. Analytics and cookies

We use Plausible for analytics. Plausible is privacy-friendly: it does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites. We use cookies only where they are needed to keep you signed in. We do not run advertising trackers.

6. Data retention

We keep your account information and your finished books for as long as your account is active, so you can revisit and reorder them. Original photos follow the shorter timeline in section 3: deleted when you order, or after 7 days if a book is abandoned. The print-ready files for an order are deleted once it has shipped and the download window has passed. You can ask us to delete your account and everything associated with it at any time.

7. Your choices and your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and depending on where you live you may have a legal right to do so. Email support@littleinkclub.com and we will help. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

8. Children and the photos of them

The Service is intended for adults, who often create books featuring their children. Accounts must be held by an adult, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

When you upload a photo of a child, you are confirming that you are that child's parent or guardian, or that you have their parent's or guardian's permission. Photos of children are treated exactly like every other photo described in section 3: used only to draw your book, never used to train AI models, never sold, never used for advertising, and deleted on the timeline above.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.
